Paul is a nice old man who lives in the last century in a time that never was. Taxes were high and we spent that money on first rate physical infrastructure that currently is old and used up and neglected, but taxes are now so low we can't afford to upgrade. Japan made junk, China made nothing, Europe had hardly recovered from WW2 and everyone wanted top quality Made in America production. We spent big bucks on education...including almost an entire generation of veterans behind the GI Bill of Rights. A house cost three times the average working class wage and you could get a low cost FHA or GI loan to buy one. You could also buy a darn good Made in America, union built car for $1200. Health insurance was cheap because the medical world really couldn't treat or cure very much though doctors did make house calls. The public airways had a thing called the 'Fairness Doctrine', there was a military draft and by and large the American public thought FDR was a saint and his New Deal was the best thing that ever happened for the average American worker. All that is different now....only the cheese is the same! Ron Paul lives in the past....I know because Ron and I are about the same age. The entire world is different now...that's why we need 21st century thinkers and even 22nd century thinkers to kick this country in the @ss and get it moving in the right direction...not the 'right wing direction'....that time is over and it ain't coming back!

I missed the pill and now i wont stop bleeding!?

I was SO stupid and missed three of the contraceptive pills (I'm on it for heavy and painful periods) and made the unfortunate mistake of taking three as soon as I realised how many I had missed! I post on facebook after I read his post saying he hates shady fake girls & b4 him saying we can work on things that I'm done with little boys that I just want a real man who could be as dedicated as me. The next day he reads my post that I wrote & says ya we can't make it work. I apologize & told him people say things they don't mean when there mad. A day or so later he text me after I post old pics with me & guy friends that I move on quick & He's glad I'm posting I'm happy when he is so miserable. I don't think the success of any books should be compared to any other. If a book is good, then it's good, regardless of how its impact is on the society. But it's common to compare a new book to other good old ones. Until now, we're still comparing new books to Lord of The Rings, and Pride and Prejudice and other classics. And I don't think I see the harm in that. New books will be published, and maybe some would later be considered in the same rank.

Why do I keep having bad dreams, how do I make them stop?

I don't really remember any of them but they are always bad. Sometimes their more nightmare-ish but usually their just really, really bad events happening (Like a series of unfortunate events) and I can feel my anxiety level rising more and more as the dream goes on and I wake up breathing heavy and heart pounding... I heard one guy on Fox News claim that we're "Taxing Success"... really? The back of my ankle hurts and is swollen, anyone tell me why?

So I have been on my feet a lot today, and I wore flip flops to work. Well when I got home I noticed that the back of my left foot hurt, like the achilles tendon area when I pointed my foot up or bent my knees. My right foot is fine. I then looked at my ankle and noticed on the outside of my foot between my tendon and my ankle bone it is swollen and puffy, not too bad but enough that you can tell. My tendon also still hurts and hurts when I rest it on the recliner or on my other leg. I do not remember bumping anything. I was on my feet a lot today at work because we were busy and I work in sales. I currently have an ice pack on it and will take an epsom salt bath a little later. Could this just be cause by being on my feet in flip flops? Or did I do something to my foot?

She is really cute, but it looks like whatever bit they have on her is constricting her movement a good bit. She looks like she could do training level at the least, but I'd see if you could get another video of her to have a better judgement of her movement. Ask them what they are riding her in currently, and see if they will ride her in a smooth snaffle for another video. If she is close to you, she's worth looking at but make sure you take your trainer (I'm assuming you have one). She definitely looks like she could have potential for jumping with the way she curls up her front legs, but I'd want a video of that as well....it's way too easy to get one good shot of a horse jumping. All in all, she looks like a nice project horse, but if you decide on buying I'd try to get them down on the price as much as possible. So here's the thing, I used to have a problem where I could not get to sleep until 5 am. Didn't matter if I worked out, worked at my job, took sleeping pills, nothing really changed when I could go to sleep. Then one week was unfortunate enough to have two things scheduled at 8-9am. I woke up at those times, and took the opportunity to try to change my sleep to those times. Now I go to sleep more around midnight, trying to wake up at 8. The thing is when I go to sleep at midnight, I never sleep 8 hours like I used to. I get 5-7 unless I fall back asleep, in which case I oversleep. Anyone know why?

Why do people pray when they could do something actually useful?

It angers me when religious people say "I pray for the sick, weary, unfortunate" and so on but do NOTHING that would actually help them like look for a cure for their disease or fund a relief effort. Are these strep throat symptoms?

Hi, around 3 or so days ago I started getting sick. It first started with a mild sore throat the first day. The next day the sore throat was worse and was accompanied by a headache and stuffy nose. By the end of the second night my body was aching (mostly the back of my neck and back) and I felt feverish. No runny nose and not too much coughing, just body aches. The third day my neck was sore and I could barely turn my head. I started getting little pains in my chest and every time I stood up my neck pain throbbed. Now I've got a pain in my ear along with everything else. Either strep throat seriously just sucks this bad or I've had the unfortunate luck of getting strep, heartburn and an ear infection in one go. Any help would be appreciated, my ear is currently still hurting and giving me a headache. What do you guys suggest? Thanks for reading.

There is this girl that I was always in to. She is kind, beautiful, but most importantly intelligent. We were great friends in high school and then went to separate colleges, but still remained good friends who kept in contact once in a while. GET MORE SLEEP, that is the number one answer there. Either that or apply a light layer of foundation or cover stick over the dark circles to match the rest of your skin tone. Try not to overdo it with the hair and makeup if this guy already knows you because you will make him think you have become high maintenance or have gone crazy since you last saw each other. As far as moisturizer goes if you have dry skin, Olay makes wonderful products and you should always work on keeping your skin moisturized anyway because it makes your skin look healthier. Last but not least, ask him out, ask him if he wants to hang out, chill with him as if you would with any of your friends, If you act shy around him someone else is going to nab him, that and good luck!
