What career field would allow me to help those most in need.?

My mother graduated with a Social Work bachelors degree. There are some many things a social worker can do to help their clients that's being boring is definitely NOT how my mother would describe it. In fact, seems like social workers can get burned out they try to do too much at once. Besides some of the stress, my mother likes helping people and enjoys her job. Also, she already has attained a good pension for working for a Native American reservation for 5 years near our major city. Good luck!
