How much property would the government steal under Eminent domain if TRUMP were POTUS?

Probably no more than they do now. I think that you have a distorted view of the president's powers. The president is more of a figurehead than we think. He's like the guy that takes the blame, tries to make people get things done, and play fireman with other countries (at least our president is). Eminent domain only applies to things that LOCAL government (unless it's something national like an interstate highway) feels are 100% necessary. Do you think that local governments will immediately assume that more things are necessary if Donald Trump becomes President?
