If it's true what you say that a natural born citizen?

can be born of one United States citizen and one Kenyan, then why does 0bama evade the issue? Why doesn't he just say so? Has he ever once said that he is constitutionally eligible to be POTUS? Please provide a link to back up your claim if he has?
