What should i do with a dead goat?

lately my family and I have taken on the responsibility of raising a goat. But sadly little billy passed away late last night due to an unfortunate heart condition. Now i do not know what to do with the remains...my mom said we should lay it in the forest to feed the coyotes. what do i do? :(
