There have been,and will always be those who "gamble" with other peoples money in hopes of future reward's.This is neither a "Con" or Liberal position,but a human trait since time began.This "Bankruptcy" issue is mentioned several places in the Bible as an "Honorable"way of disposing debt,and liability,so we can dispense with that issue. Under the American system of laws & government,No One has the legal,ethical,or moral right to disallow a citizen from any position of power or other positions unless they have been convicted of a crime by their peers in a court of law. "An injustice to one is a injustice for all." As to the last two issues,Our Constitution,and Bill of Rights protect the citizen voter,and their right to vote as THEY see fit,period.Their final decisions shall be THEIRS alone,no matter what they may be. In the great scheme of things,although imperfect,it is doubtful anyone would wish to to change it.
