Is there an Alternative to Baker College Online?

I have been attending Baker college online for the last year. I am not learning anything because the classes are 6 weeks long and we dont have time to absorb anything. Financial aid is a disaster. The reason I stay is because I am working on a bachelors degree in criminal justice but I'm not working. My loans and pell are maxed out and I get a refund check from Baker every 12 weeks. Are there other schools that do this as well? I have checked into others but found out 4 hours into their sales tactic that they dont do this. I use my refund checks to help pay my rent. Any suggestions
