What would a Republican POTUS have done differently over these past 2+ years?

give more to the wealthy, lie to the base a little more and brainwashing into thinking that if they do not stay in power Armageddon will happen. Republicans are always ready for war. They would have gotten us into a bigger war than what we have now. They would have hidden the truth about the deficit until a Democrat wins the election. Debt, what debt. Clinton left a surplus which Little Bush spend in the first month of his presidency.
