Are these strep throat symptoms?

Hi, around 3 or so days ago I started getting sick. It first started with a mild sore throat the first day. The next day the sore throat was worse and was accompanied by a headache and stuffy nose. By the end of the second night my body was aching (mostly the back of my neck and back) and I felt feverish. No runny nose and not too much coughing, just body aches. The third day my neck was sore and I could barely turn my head. I started getting little pains in my chest and every time I stood up my neck pain throbbed. Now I've got a pain in my ear along with everything else. Either strep throat seriously just sucks this bad or I've had the unfortunate luck of getting strep, heartburn and an ear infection in one go. Any help would be appreciated, my ear is currently still hurting and giving me a headache. What do you guys suggest? Thanks for reading.
