Has any other POTUS come under such scrutiny?

NO other president and wife has been so racist and played the race card so much either..No other president has been SO egotistical... No other president had droves of African Americans vote them in simply because of Race... As far as him releasing his supposedly Birth certificate... Im still not satisfied... The guy signed it clear on the bottom on April 24th 2011.. there is NO raised seal ( mine has one)... and if Obama paid so much to keep many things hidden, what makes you think he didnt pay someone ( who is shady as he is) to forge one???
